The emergency phase arrangements

The emergency phase has ended. The dedicated helpline 0848 112 117 was closed on 6 January 2026, after 1,300 calls and 280 emails handled. The Le Régent reception centre closed in the same period.

No contact channel reserved for relatives is maintained today. The permanent services listed below do not depend on this event and remain available with no time limit: the Valais LAVI Centre for support and procedures, La Main Tendue on 143 and Pro Juventute on 147 for immediate listening.
